1. What is the sample policy?

We will deliver samples to our customers quickly after they provide us with valid product parameters. Samples are provided free of charge for customers who meet the standards, but the buyer has to pay for the shipping cost of the samples.

2. What is the normal lead time?

Since most of the magnetic bars need to be customized, each of our orders and samples need to go through the production line. The fastest time is 5 days depending on the quantity and requirements

3. What information do i need to offer when I have an enquiry?

Please provide the bar surface gauss requirements, stainless steel surface requirements, bar diameter and length, and any special requirements such as threaded holes or lifting rings.
