CNC vertical machining machine V1690L can effectively control chip buildup, surface residual stress and other defects due to cutting in a higher cutting speed range, so high-speed cutting can obtain nearly ground surface quality, effectively reducing subsequent processing procedures. For example, when high-speed cutting hardened steel materials, the surface roughness Ra can be lower than 0.6um. When high-speed milling gray iron workpieces, the surface roughness can be as low as Ra 0.63um, which is equivalent to the level of grinding technology. Therefore, high-speed cutting is particularly suitable for fields such as optical instruments and precision manufacturing industry.
